"The room was not clean, the smell of the air freshener was way too strong. Floors had nasty spots all over. The bed mad noises every time you breathed to hard or moved. Found Green mold on the back of the booth cover. There was trash all over the ground, trashcans over flowing. No shampoo, conditioner in the room, just bath soap and hand soap. Nobody in the office at 8am when I went to check out. After a few minutes a lady came out of the room looking like she just climbed out of the bed, said she would let the manager know about the mold that make my husband and I very sick. AC unit was noise as well as the other people staying there. Heard a kid running back and forth all night. Not worth the time or money. Extremely disappointed "

"Staff was very friendly!! They were able to accommodate and allow us to move room since the ac wasn’t working in our original room. Will definitely go again!!"

"Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there. I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise complaint the one night we were there from guest on the second floor(we were on the 3rd floor). Me and my husband was waiting for the elevator on the 1st floor and could hear all kinds of banging noises from the second floor. "

"Pillows was flat roaches in the bathroom , coffe pot didn’t work had to pay extra 20$ for my dog "

"Great location to were we are building lake house close to restaurants and stores and nice clean rooms and quiet"

"The hotel is more of a truck stop. It's right next to a freeway and a gas station. It's affordable and there is plenty of parking. If sleep is not an issue, this hotel is fine and serves a purpose. It's clean, well appointed and there is hot running water. The walls are thin though and you will hear your neighbors, hallway noise and freeway noise. "

"Room looked unfinished from being repainted at some point. Had an odor in hallways. AC would not get completely cold to our liking. But it was good enough to sleep and relax"
