"Great location...walking distance to malls, shopping plazas and restaurants... breakfast was the same everyday and it was good...I ate the veggie curry with white rice everyday...the pastries were fresh and alternated daily...the room was larger than those in Japan but smaller than the ones in Thailand and the USA...the beds were firm just the way I like them...they only offered one hand towel and two bath towels for a two bed suite...bring your own washcloth they do not provide them...they offer a grab and go breakfast which consist of pastries and fruit...overall a great stay I would stay there again "

"The room was very pleasant. The idea of the water machine to chill and heat water is good but in practical terms we had to wait for ages for the water to chill. The courtesy bus ran on time and the food was fine in the evening and breakfast. The design of the complex means there is a lot of noise from doors being closed and suitcases being rolled along all the time. This is because the individual blocks are all constructed from hard surfaces which make all noises very loud as everything echoes. As it's an airport hotel there's lots of people coming and going all night so all the noise made it very difficult to sleep."

"Staff at check in was insistent on collecting the Malaysian Tourism Tax. When I showed them the confirmation from Expedia "If you are not a Malaysia Resident...you do not need to pay this to the hotel." The staff didn't believe me and said that the tax i paid was the Expedia platform tax. Managed to not pay the tax. I suggest for the management to review their training. It was a bad start to the hotel and their tone was very unsatisfactory. When receiving the room card, I asked if it was a king bed as that was the option i chose during the booking. The staff then mentioned that I did not book a king bed. I showed him the confirmation mail again, and he just replied "Oh we do not have available king bed" without even checking in the system. I guess he was just lazy to check and change the cards. another disappointment. Linen and sheets were dirty and you have to hold down the flush for a long time to flush the toilet. Aircon was warm in the afternoon and only got slightly cooler at about 1am till 8am. Wifi was weak at certain sports in the room, such as the toilet and near the window where the chair was located. Sound proofing was also bad. Heard slamming of doors, walking and crying babies throughout the stay of 1 night. The only positive of this hotel would be the shower. It has good water pressure and temperature. I will never return to this hotel even if it is offered to me for free."

"Excellent hotel in all aspects. Staff welcoming, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond. Great city centre location right next to Pavillion and close to Bukit Bintang and metro stations / monorail. Walking distance to KLCC. Fantastic range of food at breakfast. Pool area a relaxing idyl in the middle of the city. Will definitely book again. "
