"No soap in our room and only one hand towel. Staff was courteous and accommodating but the hotel is lacking the very basics. Items were dropped off to our room after we were in bed sleeping. Only 1 night stay but still inconvenient."

We booked 2 night but only stayed 1 since it was not nice. Pics in Expedia on not of this property in Tanger but some other location. "

"It’s sad to see a hotel like this in such a terrible state. It almost looks abandoned from outside, very low maintenance of the amenities. However, the location is great, close to the Kasbah and old Medina, staff very friendly, breakfast is very nice, great view from the room’s balcony. The hotel needs some serious renovation though. It deserves better."

"Cons: dirty bed sheet. blocked shower room that soaked my feet. Terrace and swimming pool closed but not stated clearly when I booked. It's an old hotel. Facilities and rooms are more like a so-so 3-star hotel. Not worth the money. Pros: nice breakfast with seaview; free parking on the ground floor."

"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a senior suite at no extra charge with an excellent view of the port. It was a great room with the only issues being not enough lighting in the bathroom and poor drainage in the shower. The shower head flow was excellent but we had to cut back the flow to avoid overflowing the shower basin. Also, the breakfast is excellent with a great view of the water."
