Clean and quite, cozy place

Nice facilities, good staff, good location. Parking filled up but there were alternatives available very close.

Baroque magnificence. Was unfortunately way too full. So that the breakfast buffet was overrun and the Servers (coffee, tea etc) were slightly challenged.

The hotel staff were friendly and kind, from checking in to drinks at the bar and check out they were helpful. The bartender even recommended better wine for us when we made a selection and gave us a sip of what we ordered versus what he gave us to show us the difference. The room was comfortable, it was a simple room which is perfect for Bamberg because you will be out all day and part of the evening anyways in this cute town! I would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was conveniently located near old town which made everything relatively walkable. Room was very nice! Buffet breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced-great start to the day!! Staff was very helpful & could speak English. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!
