"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Quezon City. Helpful staff, and a great location."

"Fantastic service and very helpful and polite staff. Rooms and facility are very clean. Excellent breakfast! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops."

"We really enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is so caring. We loved the mall being attached and it was a great spot for food, shopping or just getting in a few steps after meetings all day."

"Clean room, great location, close to the mall and eating places"

"Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. A nice, easy place to stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again. "

"Location is accessible to the mall"

"Helpful staff from check-in to checkout, especially the guard who offered an umbrella from the door to the grab car while it was pouring rain. Have already booked for next week upon my return from an overseas side trip."

"Everything about this hotel is top notch. From the greeting at the airport by the excellent Concierge Jay through the helpful assistance of the young intern Aica and the always smiling room service guy, everyone was really wonderful. The room design is elegant and thoughtful, the air-conditioning is fantastic, water temperature and pressure are amazing – next time I’m in Manila I will certainly stay at the Marco Polo again! Really, a phenomenal stay in a great hotel."
