"Excellent Stay in Cusco ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cusco La Paccha, Affiliated by Meliá. From the moment we arrived, the service and customer care were outstanding. The staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food was excellent. After long days exploring Cusco and the surrounding attractions, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable hotel where we felt well taken care of. What stood out most for us was the level of service. The staff genuinely made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. Excellent service, great food, cleanliness and genuine hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!"

"Although I stayed in August (winter), the room wasn't cold and an oil heater was provided. The bedding was high quality, which was great. There's a free tea corner in the common area. You can use the water dispenser if you bring your own bottle. The WiFi was excellent. I enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful."

"This property is without question beautiful! Its central location makes it easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, including KION and KUSKAY. I absolutely loved the palace-like feel, and the fresh flowers throughout the property added an extra touch of luxury. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for our trip to Machu Picchu. They also went above and beyond by celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary with champagne and dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch! My only gripe was that the shower water had an unusual odor that I couldn’t quite understand. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the property and hospitality."

"The hotel is centrally located within Cusco City, making it easy to access from the airport. It has elevators, which make it convenient to transport luggage to your room. Hot water is available, and a heater is provided for cooler nights. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. Overall, I had a great three-night stay."
