"Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. "

"Our 3 days stay was good. We extended for a day and the host was very accommodating. It’s a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan. Wi-Fi was weak. Had a hard time connecting. The host told us that their wifi is just a temporary connection and the building owner will install a much better one. All-in-all it was a good stay. It’s near the airport also, so it’s best for travelers who want to avoid the mess of traffic jams in getting to and from the airport. "
