"The location was excellent. We did not realize we were located right within the Kata night market until arrival, which was very convenient and a neat atmosphere. With the market going on daily, our stay and room was very quiet. The room was clean as well. Only thing that was odd was the bathroom window had open view to a balcony above across the way as we were on the 3rd floor. However we just closed the bathroom door. "Very clean room and property. Beautiful pool. Amazing staff! Everyone was soooo nice. I met a couple that have been going to this hotel every year since it opened 35 years ago. I stayed for two nights but wish that I could stay forever. It’s a little bit far from the beach but a nice walk nonetheless. I hardly explored Kata because I enjoyed the hotel so much that I just wanted to stay there. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! "

"Great location within walking distance to both Karon and Kata beaches. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent and you should definitely take advantage of the tour assistance in the restaurant:) The owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. This is a great hotel and I highly recommend!"

"The property was very clean and inviting. You can tell some of the rooms had just been built so there was a very clean and new feeling to the place. The room had everything we needed, and it was located in a perfect area close to many shops and restaurants, but it was also hidden and away from the noisy street. The host was very kind and checked in on us; they also helped with recommendations and helped answer any questions I had very quickly."
