Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch.
Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt assistance when we forgot our towel after check-out, and we want to thank the cleaning staff for their help.
One of the highlights of our stay was seeing how much the hotel cares for the local cats. Meeting the beautiful long-haired cat and spotting the pregnant calico on your IG posts warmed our hearts. It’s wonderful to see the kindness extended to the animals in the area.

"The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well.
