"Despite the staff being pleasant and courteous, they failed to honor my original room reservation and offered no compensation for the inconvenience. I was instead placed in one of their so-called "Newly Upgraded Suites," which featured a stovetop and sink accessible directly from the bed. The inclusion of a stovetop was particularly puzzling, as the room lacked even a basic dining table. Additionally, the room's condition was concerning — carpet had been affixed to the walls in place of baseboards, and in several areas it had already come loose and was left hanging or lying on the floor. The property would greatly benefit from better-maintained rooms and a wider variety of single-bed options. When I raised these concerns with the front desk, I was simply told that my originally booked room type was unavailable and that my current room was "actually more expensive." While that may be the case, an upgrade loses its value when it offers amenities that are entirely impractical and unsuitable for the stay."

"All the staff members were very nice and helpful. Decent breakfast selection, but get there before 730 before its gone! Outdated but clean. Biggest issue, Had a room near the back so you literally need to lift their luggage cart up 2 stairs to get to your elevator! Sadly, their pool hours are Noon-10pm. Wish they were open in morning so I could get a swim in before starting my day. Unfortunately, I could not even use the pool as it was out of service and I booked with them solely for having a pool."

"Room was not clean. There were bugs and roaches. At 9am I went to check out and there were 5 young black men fist fighting in front of the office, the manager could care less. Horrible place don’t recommend!"

"The hotel has plumbing issues, Drains dont work, the plumber was working on something the first 2 hrs I was there the water was shut off. Other areas of the hotel under construction total mess. No attempt to clean anything up. The stairs to the second floor was the construction sulpy room. That was the only access to my floor on the secon floor. The warmer on the food for breakfast must not have worked because the eggs and sausage were cold."
