"The room is very clean and equipped with a microwave oven. Staff at the front were very friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was speedy. I will stay again if I have chance."
"Everything we expected the best are the best we experienced here at Embassy Suite. Everything we wished to have, we have. Breakfast is big reward. The sofa bed is great for a kid. Although we do not use much, the gym facility is so great, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools."
"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
