We were in North Platte for a performance at the Neville Center. The play was well done and enjoyable. The nostalgic Fox Theatre was great to see and enjoy. Really love that they maintain this beauty of the past.

The Golden Spike railroad museum did not disappoint the family. They were very pet friendly and had an enclosed play yard for our dogs. Our young dog had a ball running in the area. Got to get the zoomies out.

The history of the "Canteen" area of the lovely downtown was charming: local women in mid- 1940's providing home-cooked meals for WW ll soldiers coming through North Platte on trains.

Cute little town with many dining options. We enjoyed a bit of shopping and some thrifting before we left town but our main attraction was the sandhill cranes.
