"So beautiful and welcoming "

"The room was gorgeous- very spacious. We had a 3bed/2 bath. It had a full kitchen that had everything except a mixing bowl. The balcony was perfect. The MB had an enormous walk in shower with 2 shower heads. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. TV in every room. The small cafe on property was quaint and elegant with amazing food. The location was convenient to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. The rooms were not very sound proof. We could hear someone above us closing doors and stomping around constantly. The pet walk area was difficult at night with no lighting in that area and drop offs at the end. Our only other complaint was that trash was not picked up consistently. Ours sat outside our room for 2 days. Our neighbors was there several days as well. And guests left food delivery trash at the bottom of the steps multiple times in different areas that were there for at least 24 hours. We never used any amenities on property other than the cafe. "

"Room was clean and perfect size. Lobby smelled a bit old, but rooms were great. Breakfast was the same both mornings. Staff- very average. "

"I stay at hotels almost every month and I have for years. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. when trying to extend a night the clerk told me he couldnt figure out how to extend so I would need a new reservation, I said that was fine I will pay a new deposit and whatever fees were needed. 11am rolls around and nothing was done the new front desk staff tells me I cannot stay another night and I quote "this isnt our problem, leave the hotel now or i will call the police" I didn't argue I just left, but I will make absolute positive I never spend another penny with not only clarion pointe but anyone owned by their parent company choice hotels."

"The hot tub had caution tape around it, the pool water looked muggy, the shower handle was loose and the area in general was sketchy"
