"The room was clean, the bar was nice but they need to clean the area around the pool. We saw some questionable “things” on the ground. The check-in line is always long but at least this time it’s wasn’t too bad and the woman that helped us Katie was so nice. She worked out our room issue. "

"The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The shower was extremely dirty, and the curtains clearly need to be replaced due to a strong moldy smell. There was even visible mold growing under the bed, which is completely unacceptable. We also had significant issues with service. We had to call room service three separate times, and someone was only sent the following day after our initial request. Additionally, the overall condition of the room was poor. The bed made constant noises, the AC was loud, and there were other random disturbances throughout our stay. The floor also appeared unclean and in need of proper mopping. Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards. However, after the cleaning service was finally completed, the room improved significantly. They also replaced the mattress, and the bed stopped squeaking, which made the stay more comfortable."
