The room was clean and the staff were helpful when we could not find any cups. The bathroom shower had no liquid body soap in the 16 oz. dispenser. The breakfast was very good, the coffee excellent with real half and half was available. We have been coming here for years and the kitchen staff(name I think is Daniel) has always had the breakfast ready on time. The heat worked fine and the shower water was hot and there was an adequate number of towels

The guests were friendlier than the staff. None of the staff we ran into couldn’t be bothered with a nod - much less a smile. Only person that was friendly was the lady at the check in desk. The whole building is old and run down. Stains in the bathtub and bathroom floors. Faucet was leaking. The whole place needs an update and remodel. Kept getting kicked off wi-fi. Continental breakfast did not include hot eggs. Just cold boiled eggs. Good thing there were 2 restaurants across the parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here again.
