Chatham is great on-season. Off-season it's like a ghost town. Very very little was open. Wait until well into May would be my suggestion before spending money to stay here.

The family has a summer house there and we went up to check on it during the winter.....LOVE the town!!!
"We really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a beach resort with nice accommodations, an array of activities, and a really nice beach, I’d highly recommend this resort. The staff was very friendly and the rooms look recently redone. Nothing fancy but nice. Breakfast food was mediocre but lunch options were pretty good. Great place for a family getaway."

The breakfast (i had read)was disappointing, however we found it to have been well stocked and although the breakfast area got congested, it was quite sufficient. Pool indoor and outdoor. Surprisingly very quiet although it was full. Felt safe. We were very pleased. I would stay there again. "
