This location of the holiday Inn was great!!! We only stayed one night but the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and the women that took care of the continental breakfast was also great along with the food, the scent throughout the hotel was subtle but very pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Didn't get to try breakfast so can't give details about that. Needed a comfortable place to sleep, AS usual, Holiday inn always delivers. Everything was great, bed was comfortable, check in was easy. There was just one thing: I went down to ask if the front desk had a nail file and she looked at me like I had a hole in my head. Isn’t that supposed to be an amenity you provide if asked. I understand not having them in the room anymore - but to not have them at all and then when a guest asks for one to look at her like she is stupid for asking - I don’t think that’s an IHG standard.
