"Hotel staff was very helpful anf friendly. Picked us up, kept our luggage as we explored town, and put it in our room. Cozy and convenient room right over the creek. Step climbing required."
"Excellent restaurants. The Diner had great breakfast options with generous servings. The Portside restaurant had delicious food and great service. Staff was all very nice "
"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. Was the worst place I have stayed in a long time. "
"If you are staying at a hotel in the summer, this is the place to stay in Ketchikan for a quiet, serene, Alaska experience. I had to leave a review just to mention they provide an assortment of pillows on your bed so you can find one to your preference. It’s those thoughtful little things as well as the welcome notes in your room that make this place special.
The restaurant on-site is a large circular log building with sweeping views of the water and waterfalll off to the side. We had the breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar during our stay this week and each experience was nice and didn’t feel rushed.
