"The room and hotel were spotless! I did have to wait to check in for almost an hour past check in time due to a room not being ready. In spite of that, I would absolutely stay there again. There are so many things nearby!"

"Pros: comfy bed and the water pressure in the shower was good and the tv is like a roku tv so you can sign into your own streaming channels! Cons: i had to pay a $100 deposit when i got there even though i had already fully paid for the room. $2 a day for electricity. $10 to rent dishes because they are not in the room like they advertise. All the dishes were dirty. The tv kept restarting during tv shows and movies. The ac sounded like an airplane on the jet way and the fridge kept making weird sounds and the oven made everything smell burned. The phone didnt work. The key card to get into the building at night didn't work so we had to call someone to come let us in. And last thing is that at checkout i waited for 15 minutes and nobody came to check me out. Oh and the room is much smaller than the pictures show. We were stuck with a broke recliner instead of a couch. "

"I enjoyed this hotel very much, except that the fact that I had to walk all the way to the casino to get a coffee in the morning no coffee was offered in the hotel lobby. It seemed not very friendly and welcoming to me. Coffee is something everyone loves in the morning. You need a coffee station."

"This was an unclean hotel. The room was not clean, the shower backed up and didn't drain, and you could tell it hadn't been scrubbed well, if at all. Fingerprints all over the bathroom door front and back. This hotel was in sad condition with no pride of ownership. The staff was unappreciative and didn't welcome guests with enthusiasm. Very overpriced hotel for the area and the unsatisfactory condition of cleanliness. Would not recommend."

"The room was large and well designed. Everything was impeccably clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with plenty of options."
