"This what my wife and were looking for in the past 2 years. We afre coming every 4 months for health care purposes. We love the location, the cleanliness but welove more the staff and the decoration that none other establishment was able to offer us."

"The worst experience, had my daughter’s wedding on Sunday April 12th. And the bathroom backed up and flooded the whole bathroom and room, I contacted front desk and it took them hours to come and send the handy person but never send me the room service. I had to get a room maid from the hallway to clean the room. "

"We stayed here for a bachelorette party. It was in a great location as there are many bars, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. "

"I was charged a "parking recapture fee" which was not disclosed. I have gone back through all info and there is not a disclosure for this, simply a "parking fee" stated in fees which I didn't utilize either. I attempted to reach out to dispute the charge, to no avail. "

"We were on the upper floors and for the entire stay one of the two elevators was not operating and the other one worked off and on. One of the evenings following dinner, we had to walk up to our room - all seven floors. We had to flag down hotel staff each day to get fresh towels. When we returned from our trip I had several odd fees charged to my card which required me having to call and track down what they were for. Front desk said that these were travel and destination charges - something that was never disclosed or discussed. I am currently waiting for these charges to be retracted or I will be disputing the charges. For the first time using Hotels.Com I am pretty disappointed and will contact resorts personally in the future, I don't like surprises especialy when they appear on my charge card."

"Check-in was easy and front desk staff were friendly. The ability to have a made to order breakfast was a great perk that we took full advantage of. The lady helping with breakfast was bright and cheerful each morning. We enjoyed her company. We also enjoyed happy hour each day. A great way to relax after walking all day. Valet staff were super nice and prompt. We arrived early before check in. Our bags were kept safe and car was securely parked while we enjoyed Charleston. Beds and linens were comfy. Hotel is close to all the city has to offer. This was our second stay here and will stay again when visiting Charleston. "
