"Christmas decor with ice skating, smores, hot chocolate & bouncy houses were a great surprise to all of us. So much fun! Shuttle to downtown, water taxi, heated pool! It was all great. "

"Server Sylvie was amazing. Breakfast was good, Sylvie was great. Dinner just okay, but pricey. One of our dinner servers was good, but the other was rude. She called everyone Babydoll and couldn’t stop talking about how much one of us ate. She “couldn’t believe it” that we ate almost half of our shrimp and grits! “So fast! She’s excited!” and on and on. Hotel is charming and beautiful but stair carpet and room decor needs updating. Tiny bathrooms could seem less crowded with thoughtful design changes.(Replace tub with glass shower and tile entire room with light marble look porcelain. Replace toilet with comfort height model.) Almost all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Location is perfect, but parking options are too expensive. "

"Great location and home base from which to explore. About 15-20 min drive to all the historic Charleston attractions, Sullivan's Island, Sham Creek, Patriots Point. Less than half an hour to Folly Island Pier. Good breakfast with a variety of options. Super friendly staff. Front desk always helpful and attentive. Brandon was great and put my mind at ease about a charge. Hotel was quiet in general. Area was also very quiet and we enjoyed walking around the new neighborhood. There's a park and small pond with benches just steps away perfect for drinking your coffee and birdwatching. After the Holidays we did notice more construction vehicles moving in the area that's being developed right across the street from the hotel. Some were driving too fast for such a residential area so be extra careful as you turn out of the hotel's parking lot. "

"Everything about staying here was perfect. It was quiet and clean. The staff were always working and on top of things, they were very welcoming as well. My partner and I enjoyed the free breakfast, traveling can be expensive so the fact that we could rely on that was nice. It always felt warm and inviting. Despite how many people were staying/around us at the time, we always felt like we were in our own place. The location made this place even better! We got best of both worlds being so close to the bridge. We would recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again. "
