"We had bugs in the room. Killed 2 large beetle type insects. Heater smelled horribly but we had to run it because it was so cold in The room. We will stay someplace different next time. "

"The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm."

"The desk clerk that worked Friday May 8th was incredibly nice and helpful. She even got us a brand new deck of cards to play with. She's a great employer"

"The rooms were quite dated and needed some upkeep. Bed were noisy - every time you moved they squeaked. The breakfast was just okay and minimal. Check in was not too friendly and we waited 5+min before attendant came to the desk to help. "

"Did a bed bug check night before and everything was ok. Woke up in the AM, had one crawling on the pillow. My wife had a few bites. Took it up in a zip lock bag to the front office and the attendant didn't want anything to do but get us checked out ASAP. Took the morning to get all of our stuff out onto bags to take home and put into the dryer."

"Rooms weren't clean, food on tables and floors. Night staff not friendly, dont waste your time. Motel 8 is much nicer."
