"Sink did not drain"

"We booked the Jacuzzi suite and when we arrived and went to our room, it was not, in fact, the jacuzzi suite. We went back down to the front desk and the employee told us the room was not available because a mirror broke around the tub several days before. However, we were never informed prior or during check in, nor were we offered a discount for the inconvenience. We thought it would be ok because there is still a hot tub in the pool room. However, that was broken too and was cold. No signs were posted for the fact it was out of order. In addition, the laundry machines were out of order, and there was a hole in the ceiling on the first floor that was actively a pipe leak right next to the breakfast area. The room we did get was nice and clean, though, and the staff was nice. I am still overall super disappointed in this stay and will not be returning to this establishment. "
