"The man working overnights for yall needs a raise but one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, never even got a room but I got my refund"

"This is clearly an older building and the carpets looked worn and shabby and hallway could use some paint. But it was very clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room had all the basics we needed. Breakfast was more limited than most. They served hardboiled eggs that were stone cold and rubbery and a meager assortment of pastry and cereal. Air conditioner was very noisy as was the noise from the motorcycle gang that invaded the hotel next to ours. The staff, on the other hand, were so helpful and gracious. They answered questions, helped solve a problem that arose with my travel party, and I am very grateful."

"Kitchen was clean, the room was clean, the bathroom had two tiny soaps, one at the bathtub and one at the sink. More than enough towels. Encountered a couple of very big ants in the bathroom. The reception area was deplorable. The front two floor mats in front of the reception area were disgusting and dirty and needed to be thrown out. The floor appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks or months. "

"I didn’t see any staff during my stay so I cannot leave a comment about them. Overall, my stay was enjoyable for the most part. I wish my room was air conditioned. It was a bit warm. I think for the price, air conditioning would have been a nice thing to have. The dining area was great. It was clean, always fully stocked and air conditioned. The only negative thing I’d have to say other than the lack of A/C in my room was that my shower head height adjuster was broken and I had to lean down to take a shower which wasn’t comfortable. It needs to be repaired. I’d say it was a bit overpriced but id recommend a stay there. I did enjoy the two cats I’d run into outside in the parking lot. They were cute and very friendly."

"Staff was unavailable most of my stay during the evening hours from their front desk. Window blinds were absolutely disgusting and covered in dust and dead bugs. The rug and one chair in the room was covered in stains ranging from red blood like marks to brown stains. It felt disgusting to walk around the room without any type of protection on your feet whether that be socks or shoes. Also maintenance or cleaning staff was only available during the day time hours and never at night. Couldn’t get any clean sheets or towels after the cleaning staff forgot to give us new sheets or towels. Not recommended."
