"Excellent location and service"

"Absolutely a great room, area surrounded with places to eat. A few issue with the maintenance of the jetted tide but we were able to enjoy!! The room was very spacious!! Will be my go to place when visiting West Virginia!!"

"Room was ok, fairly clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast options were limited and not a great selection, often ran out soon, parking was adequate and safe, AC and heat worked fine"

"We had reserved the Blue Ridge Suite for one night, but when we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to the Roosevelt Suite. It was beautiful! The words I would use to describe our suite and the hotel would be classy, charming, and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and courteous. Our only regret was that we were only there one night. Next time will be more."

"Very very disappointed. I went there because of their name, but I couldn’t believe its condition: filthy bathtub, noise refrigerator and broken dusty air conditioner/heater. It was also smelly."

"Check-in staff was very nice, 10% discount at neighboring diner was great. Room was very comfortable and clean. My only slight issue was that the place was a bit noisy, not because of anything unusual going on, but I think the walls were a little thin. Still, this place was a nice surprise in a great location."

"Found this resort by accident and it was a total God Wink. It was exactly what we were looking for and loved it. Golf course was fantastic! We will be coming back at least twice a year on our trips back and forth from Florida to New York."
