"Shuttle took a while, but it was almost midnight when we landed. Property is somewhat run down and not very clean. It was fine for the price though."

"The room was nice, but the phone didn't work and the TV had no signal (anyway I was too tired to watch it). They told me that my room didn't have a microwave when it said microwave in the list of amenities of my room. I requested one, and they provided one. Also the A/C in the room was loud and they had construction during the day, so it was not very pleasant. Staff is friendly and they have a nice swimming pool area."

"The pool, lobby and common areas are fantastic- adorably styled and nicely maintained. The rooms are old and dilapidated. The bathrooms and showers need an overhaul. You can’t beat the location for the price but I would not stay here again."

"The hotel & hotel room was incredibly clean however once you reach your room, you can see that maintenance is the issue. The rooms are dated and could do with a major revamp. I thought our bed would cave in during the night. The toilet tank kept making noise throughout the night and the air con was incredibly loud. Donna at the front desk was extremely friendly and offered cookies to us which were delicious."

"First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother."
