"The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean. The room was perfect (king suite) and equally clean. My wife and I frequent Asheville and have stayed here multiple times and we will continue to do so. And, it is located within a mile or less of many great Asheville places to visit. "

"We stayed at the Flat Iron to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and our experience was impeccable. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with much of its history still reserved, but with some modern touches. We loved the Luminosa restaurant, Red Ribbon Society speakeasy, and the rooftop. The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown, and convenient to shopping areas. 10/10 recommend staying here if you’re visiting downtown Asheville and looking to stay somewhere special. "

"the heater was broken and the technician's attitude was pretty rude talking to us. we ended up moving our room to next door so we lost over 1 hour to take a break before dinner. I wish they have some breakfast service. The view was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. The staffs are all fabulous."
