"okay, check in went decent. outside is very gross, trash everywhere left for days at a time. pool isn’t heated- super cold. house cleaning doesn’t come every day OR every other day. we were there for 3 nights and they never came even tho we asked/ requested when we got back from disneyland day 2. no towels- had to steal them from the pool. no clean washcloths. 2 full trash cans and had to make our own trash bags. called down to the office/ front desk but they wouldn’t answer the phone. went down there 2 times and they weren’t there over an hour away from the desk. people were waiting for ever to check in when i went down there there was no one to help them or i. i went back up and called, no one. went back down, no one. the stairs were broken and super unsafe. elevator was out of code/ not up to date on services. it was expired. lots of complaints- they don’t care about you & they don’t check in on you. they aren’t around to help or clean up the room. air conditioning worked just fine. hot tub was hot. pool was freezing. room wasn’t cleaned at all for us. staff was non existent "

"Nice pool area - it was heated which was a very nice suprise! The breakfast had a good variety. Bed was comfortable - loved the bunk bed option for my teenage children. Last day no hot water in hotel - but overall a fantastic stay."
