"I have traveled extensively over the years and have stayed in many high end hotels, but I have never felt so taken care of and appreciated as I did when I stayed at this Tru Hotel in North Augusta SC. While it was just 15 minutes farther away from the Marriott Convention Center it was worth the extra miles because it was away from the ruckus of Augusta. The rooms were clean and fresh, the water pressure was perfect, the hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were wonderful. But, most of all the staff was incredibly friendly and made sure that everyone was comfortable, happy, and had everything they needed. Chris has done an amazing job of hiring the perfect people. Lea, Heather, and I am sorry to admit I can’t recalls her name, the breakfast lady, made me feel extra special. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back next year!! Thank you so much"

"Home run!! We will be returning to this place every time in the future. Be sure to go to the aiken museum. We have been to a lot of m useome.and this topped them all. We'll presented and arranged very logically. Returning to beautiful and unique setting of the Carriage House put us into the environment of an earlier, unhurried time of the old south. We had never heard of the term Winter Colony before........now we know!!"
