Pinetop is a nice little town. They have a nice variety of shops and restaurants, both fast food and sit-down. The movie theater is excellent, and the little shops in that village area were great - pizza parlor, cafe, and ice cream shop.

It's got some great potential for outdoor recreation. However, the trails aren't unkept the best as it doesn't seem like the townspeople are particularly outdoorsy. Which is weird for a rural mountain town That made for nice quiet trails though.

I like Pinetop Lakeside. I come every year for a Disc Golf Fundraiser for Autism. The trees and fresh mountain air are great. The rolling hills and lakes are really nice. The town is no Flagstaff, but it's small and friendly and 'Country Nice'.

We have a large family and we do own property close by where we stayed Memorial Day is one holiday that we have 60+ people coming up so we all can't stay together it is a beautiful place, Reminds me of Home.
