Tarrytown is a quaint little town with nice shops and restaurants. People we met while out and about were very friendly, and the views of the Hudson and the bridge were spectacular! Also, it was very easy to park and catch the train into NYC.

I definitely recommend using an Uber or Lyft to get around, it's so much easier and convenient compared to fighting traffic and trying to find a parking spot. Every restaurant we went to was fantastic and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The town itself has great restaurants like Bistro 12 and Horsefeathers that I go to all the time when I'm up in Tarrytown.
