We arrived late at around 12.30 AM but the receptionist was welcoming and made sure everything is in place.
I wish they have more tables over the breakfast area.
There were a couple of hiccups like, elevator was down for a short duration and the fire alarm went off by error which were all addressed promptly. Overall, a pretty good place to stay in Hoffman estates. "
