"Room reeked of marijuana and there were zero rooms available to for us to change to. The desk attendant came to the room with fabreeze and made the room smell better for about 5 minutes. The mini fridge was covered in something sticky all over the door and the wallpaper was being held on by pieces of blue painters tape. The breakfast is the worst carton eggs that you’ve ever had. Dry and tasteless. I would never stay here again as I should have probably demanded a refund and slept in my car."

"Overall, the stay was okay. Room was clean but you can tell it had smoking in there at one point. We asked for the room cleaning and towels refresh but neither happened. We had to ask for towels at the desk. The breakfast options were limited (fruit was moldy one of the days) and the hot water was cold. I would pick another hotel next time. "

"I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints or anything negative to say! Keep up the good work Tru ill always be a return customer to a Tru somewhere in this big ole world. "I really think someone needs to call me regarding this review because it isn't going to be pretty. We checked in, opened the door to the room and someone was in the bed so I backed right out of there, texted my husband who was unloading to stop at the desk and get another room. Got another room, walked in and it looked to be cleaned but when I pulled the comforter back, the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed. Was then given another room and it was the same exact scenario again. I called the desk and asked for a set of clean sheets and changed them myself. Just a bad bad experience and we will never be back. In fact, I think we should be credited for this stay, and I will probably call them in person to do so....If we had not been driving 12 hours, I would not have stayed there...."
