"Nice place "

"Unfortunately, we had ongoing issues with a lack of hot water in our shower. Staff were super responsive, but it was a daily occurrence."

"We were so thankful for the bellman on duty Saturday morning who was very helpful in explaining get a bus card and what bus lines to look for. Our first night we had dinner in Raphael’s and the French Onion soup was delicious. The room was really hot when we arrived and we had to open the windows to cool it down because the room unit didn’t have a hot/cold option. By the end of our stay the unit was blowing cold air but not very strong so we ended up keeping the windows open the whole trip. It wasn’t so bad except when emergency vehicles were near by at night. "

"Room smelt amazing however noticed clothes in cabinet, pool was out for the season, breakfast is expensive and so was any other Knicks knacks that you might need such as wipes being $10"

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "

"Only stayed one night with my wife and kid and the experience was great, view from our room was incredible. We will definitely book again for a longer stay next time."

"We had a nice view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier. However, our check in was at 4 PM and we did not get into our room until 6 PM. We arrived shortly before 5 PM to check in. We waited in line for 20 minutes just to check in. When we finally got to the desk, we were informed that our room was not ready. There were 10 people ahead of us who also did not have a room and they could not tell us a time as to when our room would be ready. We waited in the lobby for probably 30 minutes, which was not terrible considering they couldn’t give us a timeframe. The concierge was rude about the situation and not accommodating. The least they could have done was comped us for the time we waited. Very busy hotel. Lobby always full of people. Our room was fine, average. "
