"The hotel is very clean overall, and the room was also spotless. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly. I do have two comments: first, regarding housekeeping and bed organization—the hotel has a policy of cleaning and making the bed every other day. I wish this were done daily. Second, the $12 nightly parking fee should be waived. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Temecula."

"We stayed in the 3-bedroom cabin at Tahquitz Pines Retreat and had a fantastic experience. The cabin was huge, really comfortable, and spotless. Plenty of space to spread out, a big dining table that easily fits eight people, and a cozy fireplace that made the whole place feel warm and relaxing. The staff was genuinely great from start to finish. Friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making sure guests were comfortable. The restaurant deserves a shoutout. The food was excellent and absolutely worth it. Service was a little on the slow side, but honestly, when the food is that good and the staff is that kind, it’s easy to be patient. A couple small things that would have made it perfect: having a stove in the cabin so we could really use that big dining table, and a streaming option on the TVs. Regular cable TV just isn’t it anymore. Overall, this place is clean, peaceful, well-run, and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway."
