"The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor."

"One of the coolest rooms I've stayed in. Just wish it had a chair/desk and two night stands. I stayed in the KING DELUXE room but it didnt quite hit the DELUXE title but well worth the money."

"Check-in was good, and the staff was friendly. I would have liked to know that we were not going to get housekeeping in between nights. We arrived late to room to have to go back downstairs to get clean towels since we were only given two bath towels. Our shower door was not closing correctly I reported it and we were woken up at 8:00 am on Saturday to the maintenance coming to look at the door because he was told we checked out of our room, not the case. They had started cleaning the room above us about the same time and we could hear everything the housekeeping staff was doing above us. Then as we were leaving the hotel. I let the front desk know that we were not gonna be in our room to let Maintenance know that they were able to go back in the room to fix it. No one showed back up to fix it so on Saturday night we had to take another shower with the door open water leaking everywhere with only two bath towels again. "

"I should have spent 20.00 more and stayed across the street. Hard to pull in and out of. Very small parking spaces and not enough. Went downhill from there."

Rooms are clean quiet, ac works well, bathrooms are clean, pool and hottub are nice and clean, dinner with healthy food, a very complete breakfast with delicious hot items, lots of lounging space. Staff were cheerful and hardworking; shout-out to Marie for being so kind and helpful! Thank you to the staff and proprietors, we will definitely be back."

"The lobby/1st floor has a terrible, absolutely horrible smell. I have no idea how anyone could stay on the 1st floor or eat the breakfast there. Thankfully our room was fairly clean, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom area. "

"The room was a nice size. It had a ceiling fan which we absolutely loved and the air kept the room cool enough. It was old but an average room I would say. Sheets towels were very clean. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in in my life! My sister and I both were up for two nights tossing and turning because of how uncomfortably hard they are and when I say hard I mean as a rock. You could hear doors slamming all night, people out in the Halls talking, and people having sex in one of the rooms because the beds have a metal base frame and we heard it. I wish I could unhear it. I've stayed at cheap hotels before and they were a little bit better than this I must say. I hate to give a hotel a bad review so I would say if you don't care about noise and you don't mind a hard mattress, then this place is fine. The staff was extremely friendly. You pretty much get what you pay for. I would not stay there again and I don't say that very often. For breakfast they offered toast, yogurt, muffins, little sausage muffins and cereal and waffles. You can't go wrong with any of that."
