"The free breakfast was waffles or cereal, no fresh fruit or any sweets like a cookie or a muffin . It was very minimal. Hotel was okay, you get what you pay for. "

"We had a disappointing experience during our recent stay. After housekeeping serviced our room, an important personal item went missing. While it wasn’t something of monetary value (it was a medical-related device), it was still necessary and not something that should have been disturbed or discarded. We are not suggesting it was taken intentionally, but it was definitely present before housekeeping entered and gone afterward. What made the situation more frustrating was the response from management. Rather than showing concern or making any real effort to help resolve the issue, the response felt dismissive and somewhat condescending. A little empathy and willingness to investigate would have gone a long way. Additionally, we specifically requested on the second day that our room not be cleaned, yet housekeeping still entered. This was especially frustrating given that the cleaning itself was not thorough on either day, which makes the disappearance of the item even more confusing. Overall, the lack of attention to guest requests, poor housekeeping quality, and unhelpful management response left us with a negative impression. "

"The outside was clean and the lobby was clean. The room was gross, they used flat paint on the walls so it picks up every mark. There were dark hand/footprints on the walls, and scuff marks all over. It makes it look dirty. The room had a weird smell. The breakfast was basic continental breakfast, nothing special. While we were eating breakfast we watched an employee push the garbage down into the can to make more room with her bare hands and then she proceeded to stock the utensils in the breakfast room (without washing her hands in between or after) that was disgusting and we stopped eating immediately and did not go back the next day. Then as we were getting ready for our day, we watched an employee taking out the trash (our window overlooked the dumpster area) he took the trash he had and instead of putting it into the dumpster he wheeled the trash behind the dumpster area and emptied it onto the ground. He literally had to walk past the dumpster to throw the trash on the ground, it made zero sense. It wasn’t food or grease or anything it was paper and plastic trash. The gentleman who checked us in upon arrival was kind and friendly. The other employees lacked personality and hospitality. We came in one evening and the lady sitting at the front desk said nothing to us, not a hello or anything. We booked this place last minute bc of good reviews online...based off of our experience, I’m not sure how they got those good reviews. Our kids were even grossed out by this place."

"Would have been nice if we could have turned the air down a little lower than 72, was a little hot sleeping but overall loved our stay. "

"Staff was kind and welcoming and helpful throughout our stay- Amanda in particular was wonderful ! Room was clean and as described. Hot tub was clean and could have been hotter. So convenient to Gooseberry Mesa and Wire Mesa MTB trails. "

"We loved trying out the tiny house experience for our stay! It was clean and surprising how much room there is! We enjoyed the night skies, red rocks, and hanging by the cozy fire pit on our deck. A great time and price for a wonderful experience!"
