"The property was in pretty rough shape. There were chunks of someone's hair or weave laying in the hallway and in the pool area. There were people in there leaving garbage and making a mess everywhere. The drains in the sink and the tub were half clogged. The staff we interacted with were very nice."

"Room was not a 4 star at all. Room was not the cleanest. Paint and scratches in the doors and walls. Linen on the bed was poorly assembled. The only nice part about the hotel is the lobby. Rooms are extremely small. Was in the cityview side and were literally was just at the back of the building. Upon arrival the outside of the building is not appealing, there’s busted windows and the hotel looks under construction. Was not worth $125 a night and will never stay again. Oh and actually I did not stay…after asking for another room and it being in the same condition as the first, I just left the hotel all together 20 minutes after check in. "

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there."

"The front desk attendant was not there when I arrived … I waited about 10 mins before someone was there… was frustrating .. she finally arrived & said “I was putting a pizza in” 😣 The room was clean but had a funky smell ( not fresh). The hotel is located near a highway … heard highway noise all night & at 4:30 AM the garbage truck came & emptied the dumpster … very loud! The room was a “value” price … I guess you get what you pay for. I would not stay again. "

"Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden."
