"Spacious modern room. Very walkable location for first time visitor key landmarks like Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben. Easy underground access to West End Theater District where we saw shows. Staff provided excellent service. Concierge William went out of his way to help me with a minor crisis when I lost an item on a taxi. He tracked down the cabbie and got my item delivered to me promptly. We would stay here again. "
