"It was a nice stay close to all!!! Will book again"

"For the price per night it is not worth it. Booked ocean front room and paid more. Got to our room and it wasn’t ocean front. I called the front desk and they said we don’t have any ocean front. That was a lie. Almost 1,000 a night and I still have to pay $18 for a drink, there isn’t any breakfast included, snacks in the room are $8 and higher. The prices were insane in my opinion. If you paying that much per night, they should be more accommodating. When we arrived nobody was working at any of the bars or kitchens because it was Windy. We hated that it was Windy also but still wanted to start our vacation and make the best of it. They set up your beach chairs for you and you are sitting on top of one another in rows. My elbow was almost touching the stranger next to me. It was Weird and awkward. Place was clean but it is Definitely not worth the money. I would have went to an island for what we paid. "

"Updates to room are needed, however I knew that when booking. Room was comfortable, spacious and had the oceanview it described. Beach was great, pool and hot tub were very nice. The restaurant and tiki bar were superb. Good prices and friendly staff."

"Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but the overall experience was more like what you'd expect at the Holiday Inn. "

"Thia is mot a 5 star or even a 4 star experience. Overall lack of training and even sufficient staff to meet basic guestneeds. Mo healthy or really availble food. What was offered very expensive even served on poorly washed dish. Shoyld not have to pick put molded strawberries from a dish. Room was mot clean and items not working like TV. Overall shoddy eorkmanship shows in wear of guest room and spa. Someine needs to pay attention "

"Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Cleaned but mold in caulk in tub. Floor in bath missing tiles, a little mold. Sink was remolded but glass is chipped. Curtain rods missing ends and coming out of wall. Kitchen was updated and okay. Living room ok. Bedroom was ok. Place just looks used and could be made nice with some effort. Just don’t plan on use of futon, like sleeping on metal bars."

"The condo was wonderful. Clean, spacious and cozy with good views. It has everything you need. Depending on how long you stay you may need to get to a grocery store for paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. There is a grocery store across th bridge (off the island). Once you leave the island it’s a bit sketchy. I would DoorDash it. The only thing that bothered us was the air conditioning. Once you shut off the lights or leave the room it goes off. So at night it got hot. My daughter woke up sweating and couldn’t breathe it was that hot an stuffy. And if you open the terrace door th air goes off. So, we left lights on at night. Also, there is only one restaurant so if you are staying a while it could get boring with the same menu. There is als a nice Starbucks with great pastries! Pay the resort fee for ease and comfort. Have a wonderful vacation!"
