We had never been but really enjoyed Christchurch. Nice town, great park, nice pubs, interesting history, beach close by and a good place to act as a base to explore the wider area.

"Good Hotel great location for the beach with Restaurants close by. Poor is excellent 25 metres in length. Room very comfortable with a sea view too. "
"This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in for dog walking. It has a restaurant next door that serves excellent food sourced locally. A bit more expensive than a pub chain but well worth it. The same with the breakfast which was excellent.
And the bonus is we could eat in the dog friendly area with our dog."
"Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big pool for kids. The pub and grill restaurant downstairs did really tasty veg and fish options. Was a good location about 50 mins drive to durdle door and lulworth cove really worth seeing. "
