"Love it "

"Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly- we even got cookies on arrival. The breakfast has something for everyone. "

"I stayed at The Swiftwater, and unfortunately, it wasn’t family-friendly as we expected. Kids had to leave the pool after 5 p.m., but this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Beyond that, customer service was lacking. Staff rarely smiled or engaged with us, and when we went to the bar after last call, there was no effort to accommodate even a simple request. While the property itself is beautiful and new, the hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and I think management needs to make major changes in staffing and approach."

"Definitely dated, sheets were stained. They were replaced by less stained eggshell colored sheets. Breakfast slightly above an Inn. Don’t bother with dinner unless you’re there for the weekend. The portions are small . Big positive that it’s made to order."

"I felt that this hotel did not meet up with what a Marriott Hotel’s standards should be. Upon arrival a woman was yelling profanities at the entrance to the hotel. The pool was too cold and surroundings unkept. The tub drain was broken and left on the side of the tub. There were no bags in our garbage can. During the night I was awakened by a loud noise and when I looked out in the hallway, one of the coverings of a ceiling light fixture had fallen down. Amenities were poor. No complementary coffee/tea. In the morning there were also police cars and officers responding to an altercation in the hotel. I did not feel safe at this establishment. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was not a good experience."

"Guy's Restaurant, (breakfast & dinner) service staff awesome. Food rating 2.5 to 3 star. Guy needs to make a visit. (LOL) Room was beautiful, very clean, and all amenities were great. "
