Nice toiletries and large towels. Check in/out efficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner both great food. This is over a pub yet there was no noise in my room even with England playing in the Euro Cup. Location was convenient with shops close. Fifteen minute walk to main train and bus stations and...

"A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, the spa and pools were great to use after sightseeing. Bath town is only about a 15/20 minute walk with lots to see. If we come back to Bath we would definitely stay here again. We only had one bar meal whilst staying but that was very nice too ."

"Perfect hotel and location, positioned a bus ride away from the centre of Bath. The hotel comprised of the old mansion and a newer building, equally as nice. The decor was bright and clean both in public areas and in the room. The room was clean, spacious and had good range of quality tea and coffee along with fresh milk. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linen. The bathroom had quality toiletries and bathrobes. Breakfast was exceptional, with buffet style cereals, croissants, cheeses...
