This is a fine hotel in the popular tourist destination of Bath. It is very centrally located for the city's famous sights and shops, and a short, flat walk from the station. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable and are fully accessible. The hotel's distinguishing feature is that it is twelve terraced houses about 200 years old all linked together and access to some rooms can be made directly from the street into properties adjoining the hotel reception. It's a place that, if you stay there, you'll never forget. When asked when leaving, I said 'Quirky' to the staff, and they smiled and said 'Yes'.

From our welcome to departure, the staff were very happy to help us enjoy our stay. Great location for our visit to the theatre and also five minutes from shopping centre. Though a grade 1 historic building, the facilities and rooms are beautifully presented and comfortable. Another advantage was the close location to the rail and bus stations and also the availability of parking albeit at a cost. Thoroughly recommend this hotel when visiting Bath.
