Staff was very nice, attentive, and helpful. They even greeted my girlfriend and I at the shuttle entrance. They are also very apologetic that there is a language barrier, although we are the ones who should be apologetic! Loved this stay and will for sure come back.

We splurged on this hotel and it was magical! They offer a free shuttle from the train station, super easy to get to from Tokyo. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful once you get in! We got the private onsen room, that had a lovely view of Mt. Fuji from the window seat (love the window seat) and the onsen. Dinner came with the room and it was an incredible 10 course tasting menu (with vegetarian/vegan options). Also included was access to the lounge with the best massage chair ever, snacks...

I can just say PERFECT for my stay! The staff was very helpful and teh view of Mount Fiji was fantastic!!

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

The residence was perfectly clean and spacious. Instructions to use all appliances and amenities were readily available and easy to use. Parking was a bit tight, but we had a larger vehicle, which was disclosed before we arrived. The circuit breaker for the WiFi and a few outlets triggered off once, but the panel to reset was easy to find and reset. We would certainly book this location again 10 out of 10 times. The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

After spending 18 days in various hostels around Japan, and hundreds of days around the world, this one had been my absolute favorite. The best sleep I have gotten on my trip and the breakfast was an amazing treat. Walking distance to most sights.

初ホステルでしたが建物やお部屋、シャワーにトイレのどれも綺麗で快適でした！アットホームで温かい雰囲気の内装は居心地が良く、富士山駅やコンビニから徒歩5分の好立地で富士吉田エリアの散策にぴったりでした。設備が共用だけど洗面台は2階に4つもあるので快適に使えます。タオルは部屋とシャワー室に完備、石鹸やシャンプー、ボディソープなども用意されててホテルと遜色の無いサービスです。 またらハロサイの駐輪ポートも近くにあり、駅には大型の荷物も入るコインロッカーがあるので出発前の散策も手ぶらで行えるのも嬉しいですね。チェックインもチェックアウトも煩わしくなく、ホテルよりも気楽な雰囲気が好みならぴったりなお宿だと思います。 二日間ありがとうございました！

It it a great hostel in the middle of town close to the station. Free tea and coffee was appreciated. The facilities were excellent too.

First time ever in Japan for both myself and my fiancé, this hotel has Amazing staff, friendly and helped us call taxis and get around. Breakfast was so good, we did western and loved it.
