"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room had a musty smell but seemed clean and there were clean towels, enough for two. The temp. in the room was good. The breakfast at 8:15am was lean on supplies with the waffle batter out and no oatmeal. The eggs were cold. The coffee machine was great and worked well. Over all, it was a good experience but we may try some place else next time."

"Beautiful hotel. Hotel restaurant and bar were under staffed. Intentionally booked room with breakfast, only to learn the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Ordering at the Starbucks counter, with noone available in the kitchen to prepare the order, being served in to go containers and eating at tables in the lobby while custodians vacuumed the lobby was unacceptable. To add to the chaos, there was also a gentleman who appeared to be struggling with mental health refusing to leave the lobby."

"The hotel staff was most accommodating for my needs since I'm a very light sleeper. I'm a "problem child" in that I need a very quiet room, and the reception desk was able to accommodate that for us very well. You just have to make that known when you make reservations and then when you check in, and I found they will do their best to make sure that happens. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and it was nice to have plenty of pillows for our double-queen room. The bed was very comfortable and had nice cushioning for a person with hip problems. It was interesting that there was no microwave, but there was a decent breakfast in the morning, so I suppose those aren't really necessary anymore? We did have a tiny coffee maker and a little refridge, so that was all I needed. My only drawback was the room smelled a little bit like wet doggie when we checked in. We turned on the air-co and went to our evening plans, and when we came back the room was much better. Thank you for an overall wonderful stay for my family of 3 couples with 3 rooms for our parents'/grandparents' memorial service in Chillicothe. God bless your efforts and keep up the good work!"
