"My bed liner had what looked like semen on it..the shower was too small, no liner. The toilet looked like it had urine right in front of the toilet. Although there was a blackout curtain the light shined right into room in the bed. The staff was nice, but they allowed my adult son into my room without calling me, asking if it was ok, or even for identification. My room key did not work multiple times. I had to come back downstairs multiple times. A stranger walked into my son’s room while his wife was asleep and thank God nothing happened to my pregnant daughter in law. My other son had to have a different room, Their room smelled like mold and was dusty. That will be a place we will never stay again. I would not suggest this place to anyone! Everything that happened, no ID check specifically was very concerning. Also, one of the doors were not secured and the camera was unplugged. Never again! I would love to get my money back!"

"We had a great stay! The front desk clerk was outstanding—he made check-in quick and easy and truly made us feel welcome, like he already knew us. The kickback is always a nice bonus when staying at Drury, but the bartender really made our experience even better. When I ordered my drink, she went out of her way to ask my 7-year-old if he wanted a Shirley Temple. She was so bubbly and kind, and it made dinner that much more enjoyable. The pool area is located in a separate building connected through the dining hall, which was a little tricky to find at first—but once we got there, it was perfect. The hot tub was actually hot (which is rare!), and the pool area itself wasn’t overly warm and stuffy like many hotel pools tend to be. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel south!"

"Our employee's have stayed here before. However, this time was pretty terrible. Headboards in both rooms coming off, squeaking and uncomfortable beds. Also was not very clean. Not sure what has happened from December 2025 to March 2026 but it's not going in a great direction."

"In the middle of remodeling. Had to walk around materials for remodeling in the hall. I’m sure it will be nice when complete. Also they were not pleased we booked thru Expedia and not directly with them. "

"Overall, a decent stay. No fancy bells or whistles, exactly what was advertised and delivered. Only issue of note was that the room smelled of body odder when we stayed. "
