"I love the spacious rooms with separate lounge area. The bed is large and comfortable and the breakfast above average. The building is a beautiful historic building in a great location within walking distance to the city and tram stops just up the road. The staff are always friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean. They also supply Molton Brown toiletries which are that little bit special. My favourite place to stay in Melbourne."

"Very nice property. Centrally located. Staff helpfull but let down by lack of focus on check in. We paid for the car parking but were asked to pay again for it on check out. We also pre paid the room but were charged again on check in. This caused a delay on check out processing the refund."

"We had a great stay at the Citadines on Bourke Melbourne!! We loved the location as it was close to everything in the CBD. The room itself was spacious and very clean. There are lots of elevators so getting up and down was easy. The only issue I had was scented fragrance that hits you as you walk into the building and lobby (way too strong). "
