"My daughter and her carer went to Melbourne to see the ballet. They again stayed at Citadines which refers to, “a posh hotel”. The staff have always made her feel important and the rooms, well she loves them, she gets her own bedroom. Citadines on Bourke is in a great location to shows, theatre, restaurants and transport. Reasonably priced and superb facilities."

"We were a family staying and had an upgrade to the Victorian Suite. The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant we did get room service and the meal was delicious. I loved...

"We had a room on a high floor with excellent views of the city we have lived in for a while and never seen it from this angle. Close to southbank which was jumping with Christmas activities. Room was excellent size (studio) with all the things there for a long stay - we only had a short staycation. Car parking trouble free and quick checkin."
