"I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home. The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great. The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld."

"Located at the heart of pratunam. It is very convenient location for massages, shopping and dining. Currently there are some piping construction going on aling the main road which might create some traffic delays nonetheless we enjoyed staying here."

"The yard from where to enter was filthy and smelly. I got a dirty room on the 5 th floor no elevator ir fan/aircon in the stairway. You could smell the garbish from the yard even when closed the door and try put on the air-conditioning. While I'm walked in to the room can see cockroach onnthe floor and when saw one in my room I'll checked out. Tried to contact hotel about this but no answer. "

"Hotel is near to Ratchaprarop station, walkable distance, can save on the transport expenses between airport and hotel. Only thing is the aircon, maybe is the controller problem, the aircon is not cold, and the basin in the toilet is too low for adult use, the height is like design for young children. Other than that, overall is good, room is big and comfortable, big TV with a lot of channel available(But can't switch language), walkable distance to Platinum Fashion Mall and Central Wolrd...

"The room was clean and the cleaning was done to a great standard everyday. Staff were cooperative and kind, allowed us to check in earlier without any issues and store our baggage after checking out. It's also right next to a 7 Eleven which is very convenient. The only drawback was the flimsy locks on the room doors, these could be improved. Otherwise very good and satisfactory stay. "

"Global Hotel amenities were a bargain deal for a short stay to explore the city. All staff are attentive, friendly and went above their call of duty to ensure the stay was comfortable. The Google Map location to the hotel was incorrect in Expedia. Apple Map showed it correctly."
